Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Trilocore website and the Trilocore Platform, comprising the Contract IDE and the Auditing IDE (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
This document is under legal review. It has not been reviewed by counsel.
1. Permitted use
The Services are provided for lawful smart contract development, security research, auditing, and testing. You may analyze contracts that you own, that you are authorized to test, or that are publicly deployed, for the purpose of defensive security research.
2. Prohibited use
- Using the Services to develop, deploy, or carry out actual attacks against systems you are not authorized to test.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services beyond what is permitted by law.
- Using outputs to facilitate theft, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
Findings and proofs-of-concept produced by the Services are intended for remediation and responsible disclosure, not exploitation.
3. Your content
You keep all rights in the content you bring to the Services — contract source, notes, findings, and reports. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and present that content to you and to the collaborators you designate. We do not train models on it.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for activity carried out under them. An API key is shown once when it is created and cannot be retrieved afterwards; treat it as a secret and issue a replacement if it is exposed.
5. No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will detect all vulnerabilities, that findings are complete or error-free, or that the Services will be uninterrupted. Security analysis is inherently probabilistic and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilocore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, models, and content we supply, are owned by Trilocore or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
